Ray and Tony Rastelli (Founders): Ray and Tony Rastelli are the quintessential entrepreneurs; building one small storefront into a nearly $1 Billion global business. Together, they have managed to create substantial growth while keeping a family-oriented, small business feel. Rastelli Foods Group now includes several programs ranging from food service and commercial accounts to global shipping and home delivery.

Paul Zaun (Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Rastelli Foods Group): Paul joined Rastelli Foods as their first CFO in 2002. He has a diverse background in business, manufacturing, and finance including over 25 years as a financial manager.

Paul has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Rutgers Camden, and earned an MBA degree from San Jose State University before also becoming a CPA. Currently on the Board of Directors of the Food Bank of South Jersey, Paul’s commitment to charity programs and volunteer work has included roles as Supervisory Committee Chairman of the NSC Federal Credit Union, and Treasurer of the YMCA Indian Guides of Burlington County

Ray Rastelli, III (Vice President, Rastelli Direct): Ray began working with the Rastelli Foods Group at the young age of 15. A true participant in the family company, Ray has held every position and has risen through the ranks; gaining industry knowledge, invaluable experience and building solid client relationships.

Chris Heinz (Corporate Chef, Rastelli Seafood): Chris Heinz began his culinary career at just 15 years old with an after-school job at a local deli in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Gaining industry interest at an early age, Chris put himself through culinary school and began working for restaurants, casinos, hotels and country clubs.
